Recruit Nepal is expanding its tech team and looking for an experienced Backend Developer to take ownership of backend development, API management, and AI-driven recruitment features. You will work on high-performance API development, AI-powered resume screening, job matching, and managing Superadmin functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Superadmin Role Implementation

• Develop Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for Superadmin, Agency, and Recruiter roles.
• Implement secure authentication & authorization using JWT/OAuth.
• Manage dashboards and APIs for system administration.

AI-Powered Recruitment Features

• Develop AI-driven resume parsing and job matching algorithms.
• Integrate chatbots for candidate engagement.
• Optimize AI data pipelines for scalability.

Backend Development & API Management

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Optimize database queries (PostgreSQL / MongoDB) for efficiency.
• Implement caching & message queuing (Redis / RabbitMQ) to improve system performance.

Security & Scalability

• Ensure data security and compliance with privacy laws.
• Optimize API response times and database performance.
• Manage server deployment on AWS/DigitalOcean.

Collaboration & Code Quality

• Work closely with frontend developers & AI engineers.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Use CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
