Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.
Provide clear and accurate information about our recruitment services.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their concerns professionally.
Assist in scheduling interviews and following up on client requests.
Maintain records of client interactions and update the database.
Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads.
